 Family regulation is main element of improvement of birth health and also a basic factor in enabling women to achieve gender equality .Although the benefit of family regulation is still far reaching for many, and especially those who find hardship in getting the information and services , but in Syria we can find that family regulation have a very prominent role and draws the attention of various level. HH the president Bashar Al-Asad had issued the code No. 42 of the year 2003, which calls for the establishment of a public authority named the Syrian organization for the family affairs, with its headquarter at Damascus, it enjoys a corporate body status with the financial and administrative independence and linked directly to the ministerial council. The new authority aims to develop the Syrian family and enabling it to better participate in the efforts of human development.

 The boosting of the family basically requires that the family lives the changes of life which imposes the introduction of some positive changes, concerning the concepts and ways that are compatible with our needs and the challenges that are facing the family. Because, concepts, like partnership and dialogue cannot be applied properly in the community without been stressed upon in the family.- The support of the family is basic factor in enhancing the community as a whole.
