Deafness:

Syrian have taken all the necessary measures to share the group of deaf individuals in the development processes, also it was keen to enable such persons to get their rights in normal life  by learning life skills and by full participation in the society. So the government  it never retreated from provide a conducive environment of academic and social life for such persons.
