The Syrian authority used to guarantee the rights of children in its various forms, considering that children are the vulnerable part of the community, the state provides the services needed for them , and these services constitute, educational programmes, the adoption of strategies and national plans in addition to  comprehensive reforms. and within such context the state observes the national interest without any discrimination on the bases of gender consideration. Also the state takes all the necessary measures to protect children from all forms of discrimination:

• The state launched a systemic initiatives that guarantee children rights and their protection.
• The state issued policies and specialized programs to execute  in an active and efficient way all work of child rights.
• The state recruited the specialize local, regional and international  activities to facilitate welfare environment for the children.
• The state arrays all supporting methods for the children rights in education according to equal chances and non-discrimination.
• Elementary Education is compulsory in Syria.
• The government has enacted laws and legislations to combat  in a positive manner child labor.
• The state has adopted a balanced national strategy to combat poverty as poverty is the main reason for child labour.
• The state gives greater care to the execution of programmes that encourage the natural nurturing of children.
• The state has taken all measures necessary to prohibited the violations of rights of orphan children in inheritance and ownership.
